Find a Brow Muse, A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when it comes Find Someone You Trust “Unfortunately, some eyebrow areas may never grow back due to dead hair follicles,” explains celebrity makeup artist and eyebrow specialist, Vanessa Evelyn of Petra Alexandra, Inc. “Look for a specialist who can work with your present shape and recreate a brow that complements your individual face shape. Fill in sparse brows with a pencil using light, feather-like strokes to mimic the appearance of hair. I personally tend to stay away from powders because they can register as artificial-looking.”
